The Nokia 5160 is a wonderful little phone. One of the good things about it is you get quality at a reasonable price. This phone is similar to the 6100 series, just scaled down a bit with fewer features. Personally, I don't miss those extras.
This phone works really good in "low signal" areas. Better than some of the pricier phones. Only going to show that you don't have to sacrifice quality for price.
Some of the cool features on this phone are the 30 different ringers. You can find just about anything you like from "Jingle Bells" to "Mozart". It also holds up to 100 names and numbers and once you program a name and number in when you get a call from that person it shows their name. The phone also comes with 3 games; Logic, Snake and Memory.
The battery life on this phone is excellent and one of the things that sold me on it. With average use, I go about 2-3 days without charging it.
I only have 2 complaints with this phone. One is that the ringer is not loud enough when you are in a noisy setting. Two, the belt clip that is made for the phone breaks off easily and usually takes part of the rear housing of the phone with it. Thankfully, Nokia realizes this is a manufacturing flaw and will replace the phone if it is still under warranty.
