I can assure you that I don't work for Nutro.

Science diet senior dry for dogs contains Glucosamine Chondroitin, after reading your review, I think you work for Nutro...

I have 2 dogs heading into their "senior" years. When my vet recommends switching their diet I will definitely keep this review in mind.
Thanks!

Nice to see a well done review in the pets area where I am an advisor. The only comment I have for you Jeff is Happy Birthday.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!! (Reply to this comment)
by Suzer
I was sooo ready for this to be a review on
birthday cake, but oh well. Dog food it is.
My birthday is this Saturday. You're 33 and I'm
well, I'm not talking numbers. Hope your day
was special and thanks for sharing the DF with
us.

We are big Nutro fans... (Reply to this comment)

...for our three dogs ranging in age from 7 months to 11 years, and would feed them nothing else at this point. We mix the dry and a little wet Lamb and Rice for them each day, and it has been a very good product.
Good pick and good post, Jeff.

Oscar's lucky... (Reply to this comment)

...to have such a diligent human.
I know my senior cat is doing better with canned food that has rice in it.
I suppose whatever little extra we spend on better quality food is more than made up for by (a) reduced vet expenses and (b) less damage to my carpet and furniture -- this latter probably more of a concern with indoor cats than for dogs.
Good work, as always. Arf to Oscar!
