More trouble then it's worth

Pros: None

Cons: Product requirements specify 250-watt power. After installation troubleshooting guide recommended 300-watts. Unable to reach tech-support.

The Bottom Line: There might have been a way to resolve the problems I was having, but PNY was no help at all.

This was easy to install, however the requirements clearly stated 250-watts of power. When my computer kept locking up I checked the troubleshooting guide and found that they recommend 300 watts. We own four computers and ALL of them are 250 watts! This card didn’t work in any of them. I tried for two days to get help from tech support. I even called the main number on my dime! I left messages and NOBODY called back. Ther may have been a way to resolve this , but we'll never know. I took it out and plan to return it. My son was disappointed and I wasted a tremendous amount of time.
