First of all, I think these are actually traveling headphones, and should not be classified as the larger "monitor" type headphones, even though Panasonic has. They are definitely small and lightweight.
Anyhow, here's what I think. I only had to pay $8.00 US for these headphones (which retail from $29.99 to $49.99), and with that price I don't think there could be anything wrong with these headphones. And it's true. These headphones have great quality sound; even with the XBS (Extra Bass System), these sounded nice and smooth, and did not make my ears bleed like my other extra bass headphones. While on your ears, these headphones feel snug and soft. They have earcups that cover just enough for your ears but seem to block out extra noise well. The headpiece is adjustable for different head sizes, but although it is not padded, it's really no big deal because they cover your ears snugly and stay put comfortably. Also, these headphones don't seem to leak a lot of noise out either. I've been playing music pretty loud and no one is noticing. Ahhhhh, the sounds are so much clearer....
Some other great features of these headphones are that they are Travel-Fold, which means they can fold up into a compact size and be placed into a small black leather-like bag that comes with them. Also, they have the very unique Cord Shock Absorber which is when if the cord by by the headphone is pulled (the left ear piece), it does not jolt your headphones with it, because it extends out of its socket a little and then retracts. It's a nice feature. (Damn, I can't concentrate with such great sounding music! Help!)
What else is there to mention? Ah yes. Also, the cord of these headphones are not meters long as you would find in home monitor heaphones. Since these are travel headphones, the cord is only 1.5 meters - perfect for while sitting in small places such as on an airplane, or in the crowded metro. So if you like longer cords, you might want to get another set of headphones.
All in all, these headphones are pretty much amazing, well designed, gives high quality sound, and is perfectly convenient. I don't know about you, but I'm glad to get rid of my other headphones!
Pros:
-Extremely comfortable
-Not large or bulky
-Lightweight
-Very good sounds
-Convenient
