| monky213's Full Review: Peg Perego Venezia Single SA - Black Sable Standar... |
Intro
We're new parents that searched high and low for the "perfect" stroller. After spending endless hours in the sea of stroller at Babies R Us, we decided on the 2003 Venezia SNG.
Review
What first drew us to the stroller was its reversible handle. You can have the baby face towards or away from you. The height can easily be adjusted for both short and tall parents. It has large air filled wheels that can absorb uneven ground such as gravel. Each wheel rotates 360 degrees and can be locked in place (great so the stroller doesn't roll away in the parking lot.) This stroller features a 5 point harness system that keeps your baby firmly in place. It looks a little overwhelming at first, but you get the hang of it pretty quickly. There is a large basket underneath that can handle even large diaper bags. With the the stroller in carriage mode though it's near impossible to reach this basket. It completely converts into a carriage. At 17 lbs, it can be a little heavy, especially with a baby in the other arm. It's a bit large when folded as well...it pretty much takes up the entire trunk in our Honda Civic. The price is high at $300. Add another $150 if you choose to get the matching Peg Perego Viaggio Car Seat. With the car seat in place, you can completely seal off you little one from the outside world. This is nice when you decide to venture out into public again.

Conclusion
It's a great stroller. If you don't mind the $300 price tag, I highly recommend this one. I don't know of another that can reverse the handle (a feature we love). I prefer to push with baby facing out and my wife enjoys the baby facing her. With the reversible handle, we're both happy.
