I will start by saying that I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to anyone as a good place to get something to eat.
My experience with Planet Hollywood was in New York City about a year ago. My husband and I had been lucky enough to snag a babysitter for the night and decided to do something special. So, off we headed to the "infamous" Planet Hollywood.
Our moods were light and happy. Not even the long line for a table dampened our spirits. There was plenty of memorabilia all over the place to keep our minds busy while we waited. It was exciting to be there and to see it. Once seated, our moods changed. The menu was extremely limited. The service was bland. The food took too long and tasted terrible. The mashed potatoes were loaded with garlic and other spices. I tried some kind of tomato-based soup that was awful. The tables were cramped and the atmosphere was very loud.
My husband and I were truly disappointed with our dining experience.
