| gyndoc's Full Review: Pogo RipFlash DX (128 MB) MP3 Player |
Small, light, really nice function of ripping direct from a CD player -- BUT if you do that you can't title the song (the only workaround I found was to transfer the song from the Pogo TO the computer, rename it, then transfer it BACK -- doesn't seem very efficient to me, either...) and has no artist/album/genre/playlist function, so you'd better like all your music equally well or have lots of time and like to scroll. Worst trait ever -- it shuts off after 5 seconds of no music, so if the gap between tracks is 6 seconds then you miss the first note or two of the next track while the machine turns back on. James Taylor's "Your Smiling Face" without the first two drum beats is just unacceptable. When they get better software and someone who speaks English to write their manual it'll be a really great product.
