Cameo Copper cleaner works great on Revereware copper bottoms. Just be sure to wash with soap and water right after scrubbing with Cameo and it will look great!
Cameo Stainless Steel cleaner works well on the stainless part.

gas in our house too, and I have had the same problem with copper bottomed pots - they never look clean.

I learn to cook using revereware copper clad cookware (Reply to this comment)

I think my grandma had some, remember her having copper bottoms on her pans, I got some of pots not them of course, not that lucky, have pots from my other grandma too, and pots my mother in-law gave me 25 years ago she had in the 1940's. These pans are better than what they make now, had the pans in 1970's, the 1930's and 1940's are better, the brand name is wore off.
