I love this computer. I think that its great and very easy to use considering that I am a new computer user. From the modem to the mouse its great for kids also. My 3 year old son has a very easy time using the mouse for his computer games. I love how the speakers mount on the screen so you have more room for the other stuff. Also if you need help you can just call the 1-800 number for assistance and there isnt as much of a wait I think than for other companies. I highly recommend this computer for the new or the old user alike.
