The flat sheet does pull out a bit, but I think this is more due to my restless sleeping than the weight of the mattress. It stays in down by my feet, but up around the middle of the bed it usually comes untucked.

You have given me a lot of good info about your Sleep Number 4000 bed. Please comment on the following item if you would. Does the flat sheet stay tucked in at night? (I am talking about the flat sheet - the sheet that covers you - not the fitted sheet) I am wondering if the weight of the mattress is enough to keep the flat sheet tucked in at the end of the bed at night.
