Pros: Top quality sound and construction, thumping bass, highly portable, excellent customer service.
Cons: Not closed headphones, shouldn't expect them to be, cord is a bit short but portable.
The Bottom Line: If you need earbuds, spend the money and buy these ones, right now.

| keithlittle's Full Review: Sennheiser In-Ear Headphones 32 Ohms Headset |
I'm a very careful consumer so I looked around for a long time before I settled on a pair of headphones that I actually liked. I was shopping for something portable, preferrably ear buds, that I could use with my Creative Zen Touch. I'm a stickler for quality, but at the same time I was looking for something that was small enough to wrap up and put into my pocket. I found everything that I wanted in the Sennheiser MX400s.
The MX400s are TOP QUALITY. Let me stress this. When I first put these guys in my ears, after trying out a whole bunch of different buds, I was BLOWN AWAY by the sound quality. It felt like I was wearing a pair of closed headphones, I couldn't believe it. The sound is excellent. A full spectrum, even a deep thumping bass. I don't even know how Sennheiser does this.
The MX400s are also highly portable, they're small and even come with a carrying/winding case which is perfect.
I also want to mention Sennheiser's customer service. Recently, I needed to replace the pads on my MX400s. I bought replacement pads from Radioshack but they were way too large and felt like potatoes in my ears. So I called Sennheiser and, for $2.69 (Canadian) they couriered me a new set of pads; they arrived the following day (less than 24 hours). That's impeccable service.
While the MX400s are a little pricier than a pair of SONY ear buds the extra bit of money is worth it. These earbuds sound AMAZING -- way better than any other buds that I tried out. It's worth it. On top of the sound quality, Sennheiser offers a 2-year warranty and excellent customer service. Unlike Panasonic headphones I've had in the past or some of the SONYs that I tried out, these earbuds are tough -- Sennheiser is reknown for their quality products.
