Pros: Compact size, speaker phone.
Cons: Bad reception, low ring volume.
The Bottom Line: For this or any other cell phone, try it before in the store. I know there are better choices than the CT56.

| eguicruz's Full Review: Siemens CT56 Cell Phone |
I got this cell phone for $10 with a Cingular's two year contract. Its compact size was the first thing I like since I usually carry my cell phone in my pocket. Once I started to use it I noticed that the ring volume was not as loud as my previous cell phone. So I need to select the louder ringer tone in order to hear an incoming call. Then I set the alarm to wake me up at 6:00 am. The next morning I woke up at 7:00 because did not heard the alarm. To quiet to wake me up; and it was the maximum volume level.
I also noticed the difference in reception. My previous cellphone was better. A nice thing the CT56 has is the speaker phone. I can activate it while driving and have both hands free.
