I went here for dinner and found it fairly easy to make a reservation. I called the night before around 10:30 and had a table for 6pm the next night. I was very excited as I had heard raving reviews about the place.
When we got there it was not crowded at all and we did not need our reservation. We were a little disappointed with the seating, as we were almost on top of the table next to us.
After looking over the extensive wine list, we opted for a merlot, whick was rather good, but expensive. For dinner, we ordered the filet mignons. The service was a little slow, but the bread was good and entertaining until we saw our waiter.
The filets came and they were rather large (butterfly cut) and tender. Very smooth and easy to cut. The only downside was that there was a lot more fat than a typical filet should have. It seemed a little overpriced for the amount of meat you actually get to eat. The flavor was decent, the wine was good, and the baked potato was huge! I have been to a zillion steakhouses and while this was a good meal, it did not live up to the hype I had heard so much about!
