About a month ago my four month old son and I got the dreaded head cold. Runny nose, congestion, and cough. We were in a bit of a predicament too. Because I am breast feeding, I could not take anything to ease my symptoms, and because he is so young, my son could not take anything. I remembered seeing a commercial for the vapor bath, and was so desperate we bought some. Boy, am I glad I did. I ran warm water over about a cap full of the vapor bath, and my son and I soaked in it about a half and hour. I was really skeptical at first but after about 10 minutes it started breaking up the congestion. Both my son and I felt more relaxed, and it definitely made for a better nights sleep. I have really sensitive skin, and thought I might get a rash from the vapor bath, but I didn't and neither did my son. The price is really reasonable, and our bottle lasted us through the duration of our illness.
