Hi,
Years ago went through the mattress hunt and researched like crazy. Spending a lot of time on whatsthebestmattress.com and I got sucked into the latex mattress hype too.
I bought a latex mattress and was extremely unhappy with it, there was no way to get comfortable on it no matter what the density or configuration. I even developed a latex allergy (my doctor was not surprised and questioned why anyone would want to sleep on latex).
Long story short, returned the latex and went visco and have been very happy for 5 years now.
