Cons: Starts to sag very quickly

I took delivery of this mattress on 1/5/03 and they came and picked it up on 2/11/03. The mattress felt very comfortable for a couple of weeks, but than started to develop an indentation in the middle. By the time I turned it back in there was a very noticeable sag in the middle.
Thank God I bought it from Sleepy's. If you have a Sleepy's store in your state, buy from them. They are very good to deal with.
The salesman wrote it off as a defective mattress and let me choose whatever I wanted. No return fee, no delivery fee!
