I have found this to be a very good machine if the instructions are followed closely. If you buy this machine, pay very close attention to the instructional video as they help you put the machine together and show you how to use it. Below is my in-depth review of this product:
Grading System A through F
Ease of Operation: A
This is a very easy machine to put together and to use. There is a locking pin mechanism that becomes longer or shorter depending on your height and weight so that all size individuals (under 6 feet 3 inches) can comfortably use the machine. You do need to give it a test run as the length also depends upon your weight. Within a couple seconds you will be able to get a good feel for how to distribute your weight in order to get an optimal hang.
Durability: A
Due to the dangerous positions to which your body is being exposed, this machine was well engineered and made very sturdy. By looking at the pictures online, a person cannot get a true appreciation of how well this item is made. You can flip over, rock and shake and this baby will hold you solid.
Storage: A
Although this is a large machine when set up, it folds up so that you can fit it in tight places when not being used. The table easily becomes detatched from the rest of the machine and then the base folds up flat.
Results: A/B
I'm sure that the results will vary depending on the individual. From my standpoint, it has helped me and relieved much of my pain. Someone suffering from back and neck problems should also do some exercising of the neck and back muscles in conjunction with this product. If that is done properly, results will definitely follow.
IMPORTANT!! - Whatever you do, DO NOT set up the machine and immediately flip all the way upside down. It is Very important that you gradually work your way up to that point, as stated in the instructional video. This is especially important if you have neck and back problems. If you set the machine at just a slight decline, you will see results. There is no need to go crazy on this thing, it is not going anywhere once you buy it.
