Most people automatically assume that women are the only ones entitled to multiple orgasms. While this has always been a popular myth, and dream that most men would love to achieve with their women, men are also fully capable of a multiple orgasm. I began to think that this was a possibility, when my wife and I were able to have sex, and if I concentrated and flexed my pubic muscles just the right way, I could avoid ejaculation and continue on through two, sometimes three or four orgasms, without losing any stiffness.
I knew that there had to be some sort of a book or something that detailed this phenomena. I wanted to know more about it, so that I could figure out exactly how to replicate it on a regular basis.
So, after a while of searching, giving up, then searching again, I found a book called, The Multi-orgasmic Man: Sexual secrets every man should know. This book has changed my life, forever.
Chapters
Chapter One - The proof is in your pants
This chapter is the chapter that prepares you for the greatness that you are about to achieve, the multiple mangasm, doesn't come easy, and you have to have the mental toughness to make it happen. This prepares you for the concept of the entire book.
Chapter Two - Know Thyself
The book asks that you really get to know more about yourself. You are supposed to measure your ejaculation, how your body reacts before, after, etc. Time when you ejaculate, when you hit full orgasm, etc. By doing this, you have a better understanding of how your body works and when things are going to happen. By understanding your own timing, you can better understand how to control it.
Your arousal is another thing that you have to fully understand. What arouses you, what doesn't, what do you think about during sex or sexual arousal. Do you think about your partner? Do you think about something else? What is really the thought that gets you to climax?
Chapter Three - Becoming a multi-orgasmic man
This by far is the best chapter of the entire book as it gets you into the right frame of mind to understand your orgasm. You learn how to control your breathing. The problem is during sex, we generally breath inconsistantly, which means that we take our body out of rhythm. So orgasms tend to creep up on us, because we aren't really in any sort of rhythm to control them or understand them. The idea is to control your breathing the entire time, until you get to the point that you do it without thinking. Controlled breathing will give you more time to prepare for the oncoming launch and the time is everything when becoming multi-orgasmic.
You also learn when to ejaculate and when not to ejaculate through controlled masturbation techniques, which allow you to easily understand yourself and quickly be able to slow of speed up the pace to accomplish your overall goal. Strengthening your muscles also starts to come into play so that you can stop an ejaculation before it happens. If your muscles aren't strong enough to hold it back, then it's not going to do you any good.
Finally, there are the different hand positions that you can use. While most are pretty much a regular use, you'll notice that you get more out of different hand positions than others and you'll be able to watch your orgasm much closer and control your ejaculation better as well.
Chapter Four - Know your partner
Now this is the hard part. You have to find out more about your partner. You have to know her orgasm, her arousal, and her sexual energy. By learning this, you'll understand what she's going to do and what she's feeling, which will allow you to control your orgasm a lot easier than you normally would be able to.
I have found that watching my wife masturbate is probably the best method for learning her energy. By doing this, I don't have to worry about anything except her expressions, which do most of the speaking. Listening for the tones in her moans, which really gives me a cue to when she is about ready to orgasm. It also helps if you watch the jerking of her body, as with different movements, you can tell where the device is, which gives you a better understanding of where you need to be.
Chapter Five - Becoming a multi-orgasmic couple
This chapter is excellent as it brings the two of you together and tries to make BOTH of you multi-orgasmic together. The idea is the longer the man can go, the longer the female can go as well. So if both have full control over their orgasms, then sex could go on pleasurably for hours before someone is finally absolutely exhausted.
There are a couple of different thrusting techniques that make this work. You both have to be willing to stay in the same rhythm, which rhythm is what helps women achieve orgasm, which is something that is difficult for man as we get jerks of pleasure on and off. Chapter Six - Satisfaction Guaranteed for women
This section is for the women of the relationship. Helps the woman understand what is going on with the man and how this can be even better for her, than she ever imagined. There are different things that she needs to learn to do, that are going to help her orgasm from this method as well and orgasm often, I might add.
Chapter Seven - Ying and Yang for gay men
I just skipped this chapter... it's for gay men, so I will leave it alone.
Chapter Eight - Before you call the plumber
This is the self help guide to the problems that you can fix yourself. Things that are included are dealing with impotence, premature ejaculation (oh no), penis enlargement, and sperm count.
Very thorough chapter that really covers all of the aspects to easily control a variety of sexual problems that normally you would spend lots of money to correct. While these results aren't going to be as perfect as you'd hope for, they are definitely a huge step in the right direction.
Chapter Nine - Making Love for a Lifetime
This chapter goes into how to make your love last throughout the years. How to keep things interesting. How to teach our children about sex, and passing on the knowledge of the multiple mangasm to future generations. Things of that nature.
My Experience
This book has created a huge issue in my life, WE HAVE TOO MUCH SEX. As you have noticed, my wife and I love to have sex, we don't care where, we don't care when, and we really don't care if someone happens to be watching because we happened to leave the blinds open.
Thanks to this book, I can easily control my ejaculation, and have several orgasms throughout a single sex session. I literally get worn raw before I actually have to stop, so that's when we know it's over, and we end it with an ejaculation. However, this all came with time, practice, and a very understanding relationship. My wife, reports that she has more than one orgasm on multiple occassions, which is the main philosophy of the book, the couple should orgasm together.
I have learned to understand my wifes needs and desires through her moans. I know exactly when to move to the left and when to move up or down. I know what each facial expression means and when I am in the "oh so right" spot.
We have really come together as a couple and opened ourselves up to each other in ways that we never knew were possible. It truly is amazing when you know virtually everything sexual about your partner and their arousals. Overview
This book is an amazing step towards the perfect sex life, that many people only dream of having. My wife and I manage to have sex for long periods of time, topped off by unbelievable final orgasms, which we generally share together at the exact same moment, due to controlled orgasms. We know by each other's body language whether or not we need to speed up our own orgasm or slow it down to time it just right with one another and when you both orgasm at the same time, it's truly amazing and that much more pleasurable. When a woman orgasms, her vagina tightens, and when a man orgasms, his penis expands/hardens, meaning that you both have a squeeze at the peak of your orgasm, making it explode even more.
One thing that you have to remember, while you will definitely be able to do this if you work at it, it's not going to last unless you share the love as well. You may be an open couple, but you have to take the time to love each other as well, or else this program can only mildly work and won't have the full effects that my wife and I have. I suggest making sure that after you share any sexual moment with each other, you take the time to cuddle together rather than jumping up immediately to wash out your crotch or just roll over and fall asleep. Those moments after sex, are the best bonding moments you have, and an opportunity to discuss what you just shared together, and your thoughts of each other mentally, and physically.
Finally, have fun with this one, it's an explosion waiting to happen, if you know what I mean.
