I stopped taking Tylenol years ago for minor aches and pains because I like Advil better. For the past several years I have tried everything to help the terrible sinus headaches I can't help but get. Usually it occurs if I walk past someone smoking or wearing strong perfume.
I started off trying Advil Cold and Sinus, but it didn't help. Finally I found BC Cold and Sinus Non-Drowsy which is good for the work day. I take a half of one of the powders and can still function. When night time comes, I pop two Tylenol Cold and Sinus and I'm out! It's such wonderful sleep after being in pain all day.
I owe this wonderful sleep to my father. He had problems and told me to "just try them." I did and I am thankful!
Tylenol is usually safe for anybody. I recently had surgery and was told to take nothing with aspirin, but I could have Tylenol.
So, grab a box to keep on hand when the dreaded sinus headache comes along. Nothing is worse than to be in pain and have to go somewhere and buy medicine. Pop two of these and catch some ZZZZ's!
