While I love some of my higher end body washes and cleansers, I have to say, I've always been a fan of Suave products. They are always very inexpensive and work just as well as higher priced products. I keep a few bottles of Suave Body Washes, including Suave Cucumber Melon Body Wash on hand for the girls, the husband and guests.
Cost & Location
I purchased my last two bottles of Suave Cucumber Melon Body Wash at my local Kroger since they were having a sale (and I had coupon). It was on sale for $1.69, can't beat that! You can purchase this product almost anywhere Suave products are sold.
The Details
Suave Cucumber Melon Body Wash comes in a clear plastic bottle with flip top lid. The cleanser itself is a light green color and smells nearly identical to the Bath & Body Works Cucumber Melon scent. Suave calls this a "rejuvenating body wash." It contains not only cucumber and melon extracts but also skin nourishing Vitamin E.
One thing I have noticed about Suave Body Washes is that the formulas much thicker than other body washes on the market. This of course means you actually need less to cleanse with. It takes just a dime sized amount on a rag or bath pouf to do the job.
While the scent is nearly identical to Bath & Body Works Cucumber Melon scent, it is a slight bit different. Nevertheless, it still smells fantastic. Nice and fresh and just slightly sweet. The scent doesn't have a lot of staying power, so, even my husband doesn't mind it.
Suave Cucumber Melon Body Wash always rinses easily and never leaves any kind of residue behind on my skin. While it contains Vitamin E, I don't really notice any drastic moisturizing going on. My skin feels just as it did before I cleansed. It never leaves me feeling tight, itchy or dry. My older girls use this frequently and we've never had a problem with skin irritation with them either.
Overall
I would definitely recommend Suave Cucumber Melon Body Wash. It's a great standard, inexpensive body wash.
