Bad on the bladder & feet

Pros: Doesn't take up much room.

Cons: Painful on the feet and calves. Don't even try this if you have balance problems.

Absolutely not for someone with a bad back either. I can't use it more than 5 minutes without my calves and my feet killing me. Don't even have anything in your bladder or you will loose it. Not for me and it's going back. I am 52 and this is NOT for all ages as it says on the video. I don't dare let go of the bar. I can't see ever taking it off if I were to keep it.
