Pros: It's pink.
Cons: Terrible customer service. Almost impossible to talk to a human.
The Bottom Line: Don't get it. It's a trap! Keep your number of cards to a minimum.

| higgy-piggie's Full Review: Victoria's Secret Angel Card |
I shop regularly at Victoria's Secret and have been asked if I wanted the card. I always said no since I want to limit the number of cards I have. The last time I was in, I was told that, if I got the card, I would be sent a coupon book. I asked if I had to use the card to use the coupons, and the girl said no. She was wrong. So, now I have a card that I don't want to use and a stack of coupons that are not useful to me.
I decide that I should cancel the card. Much easier said than done.
I called this weekend to cancel. First I have to find a phone number to call. Since I have not used the card, I have no statement. Finally, I found a number. After over 5 minutes of announcements, "offers," lists of options I don't want, etc., I finally get to a message that they are closed for the weekend. Fine. I called again during the week and finally, finally spoke to a human. Who was rude. Who acted like she was doing me a favor by canceling.
Good riddance. And I hope that anyone who has the card really likes it, because it's no picnic canceling it.
