Pros: The steam feature is good for wrinkles (when it works).

Cons: Too small of a motor, too sensitive to heat.

We purchased the Bravos set in May 2008 and have already had techs out to our house 4 TIMES! The thing isn't 6 months old yet! The thermal fuse keeps blowing in it because the drum gets too hot. Our dryer duct is free of lint, I clean the lint trap before every load, so it should be operating fine, right, NOT! The last tech that came out said that we need to completely re-route our dryer duct so the air has less to travel to get out. It seems that these energy efficient dryers lack the motor it takes to push air through a 4 inch wide 15 foot long duct! So, his solution, for us to remodel our basement so the air has less space to travel. Sure, no problem! Is Maytag going to pay for it? No! If this dryer had come with a disclaimer stating all the requirements our laundry room should have, I promise you we would've never purchased it.
