So your sitting there at a red light just minding your own business and the guy next to you does that awkward glance, followed by a slight rev from the engine. Your not looking for a race but he's just not backing down (besides he's one of those guys in his crap Honda that thinks he can take on anyone). You inch up slowly to the line, just barely letting off the clutch, so you will be ready when the light turns green.You know there's only a few seconds left and your adrenaline begins to take over. Finally the light changes and you forcefully push the gas peddle to the floor, your tires give a slight squeal powered by the 2.2 liter DOHC 4cyl. After hitting 4500rpm you shift to second (this may seem a little early with a redline at 7000rpm but you've already taken lead by a few feet). Third gear comes sooner than you think but thats okay because your lead is still growing(I found that 2nd and 3rd gear on this car is wear alot of your quick acceleration comes from!). By fourth gear you begin to wonder why you let this guy even think he had a chance, and before you know it your already in fifth gear doing about 80mph. Now the only view of this guys car is about 50+ yards back in your rear view mirror, and you begin to wonder if was even worth it and the answer is obviously YES!!! With this car it would be a tragedy to not drive it for the reason it was made, quick acceleration and moderatley high speeds(90-120).
