Pros: Absolutley none.
Cons: Just read and you'll understand.
The Bottom Line: Do it only if you want to throw money away. Lack of customer orientated people combined with a lack luster corporate leadership = horrible company

| ferdoc's Full Review: DHL USA Overnight |
I purchased a wonderfully new laptop from a company. They use DHL for their product shipments. Ok fine. I'm 1 for 2 with DHL lifetime, 1 private and 1 for a company I worked for. Private was the good one, ontime and not a crumpled edge on the package great fantastic, so then I was acepting a shipment from DHL of a piece of high tech equipment, long and short of it, a $4.5 Million piece of tech, and I could see massive amounts of damage. Parts of the product had broken through its re-inforced protective shell, wires were frayed and missing amoung others. After noting them down on our log we looked up to see the DHL driver leaving, without a signature as it was required by the sender and company rules. We managed to stop him and told him to note down the damage in on his log and let us sign. After a 15 minute argument with him in our staging area, we sent back the product and rejected it due to damage.
Now for this time around. I've been trying desprately to get in contact with anyone that deals with the scheduling of deliveries. I had a priority overnight delivery that was going to be at my residence before 3pm. I found out after I had shipped it that no one would be around to accept the package. So I've tried for the past 3 days to get them to delay the delivery by a few hours. Their support e-mail center doesn't even recognise their own tracking numbers. I've had a wonderful argument about that and after providing them with their own info, they asked for the following information about my product before they could help.
Company shipping
Company address
Recipient
Recipient address
Contents
Color of Contents
Type of shippment
Color of sealing tape (I'm not kidding)
dimensions of box
SERIAL NUMBER (how can I know this when I don't HAVE the product)
and others. I just gave up after that point. Just proves to me that they don't really want to deal with people at all.
Today, the date of the delivery I've finally gotten through to someone on thier 'help' line, and he did not offer any help what so ever, stating that the package will be attempted to be delivered again tomorrow after a set time. As a final not before I just start going crazy. I had the product shipped on the 12th. Its the 16th now and only 2 of the 5 boxes have shown. Think I should demand my money back? Or do you think they'll ask for the serial numbers on those too?
!!!!UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!!!!
Just got into contact with a very nice woman who said that what happened was horrible and that it would be possible for me to pick up the package so I WILL be reciving my items today. hurrah for me. I still don't recommend this company
