I purchased this product because my sister had an older fujitsu notebook which she absolutely love and was pleased with the customer service. I must say that i feel the same way overall. Not only is this a powerful and diverse laptop but its many features and visual appeal make it the only real choice for me. The optical cable is a big plus for me because of my MD player, i also love the application panel its great. the screen its crisp and great for dvd's, a major surprise for me however was the quality of the speakers. I was expecting noisy crackling laptop speakers but was pleasantly surprised with very good quality, they get fairly loud too, they do lack bass but for a laptop they are darn impressive. I ordered mine directly from the company and had some shipping complications, my only real qualm but other than that its a great machine. i do plan to get a memory upgrade though.
