We purchase several of these per year for our company. We never have any problem with them. They are very reliable and dependable. Replace toner cartridges once every few months. Menu interface is great on printer face, but, plus with HP 'N' printers is that they have a web interface also that allows remote monitoring. This is very helpful to us because we can actually 'see' the displayed message on the web. We can also monitor paper usage and toner usage per machine. The printer is shipped in a big box, and it is heavy to get out and setup, but once done, it is a snap to use. There are many configuration options from HP for this and all their printers.
