I have been using printers for various reasons going on 15 years. Of course back then it was a daisy wheel printer. I can say with all confidence that I have never seen a quality of print like this. The standard print on plain paper is fast and sharp. The place this printer really shines is printing photos from a digital camera. It is capable of printing 2400 dpi and I can tell you with even a half decent camera the outcome is impressive. The printer also will print directly from a type one or two compact flash card along with the IBM microdrive and a smartcard. The printer will allow you to print an index to see the photos and then allow you to crop, select size, and print without ever turning on your computer. All in all I can't say enough about the quality of print. Try this with a good photo paper and be amazed!
