I have changed my mind about the Sparq drive. Although it was easy for me to install and get to work, trying to get it repaired has started to get old.

I bought the Sparq because it was cheap and had much more capacity than the Zip. Now I think I should have gone with the Jaz drive, a little more expensive, but the same capacity and now with greater capacity. It has served me well over the nine months I have been using it, but now it is worthless. The company can't be reached and any contact on their web site is a dead end. Directory assistance can't find a listing for them in the city listed on the web site. E-mails to the company for information are never returned.

I will agree with one of the reviewers here, NO wonder they went under. I will cut my losses and get rid of my un-used cartridges and throw out my used ones. They are probably wrecked anyway.
