Pros: Water Resistant, fabulous skip protection, good looks, shock protection
Cons: No belt clip, door clasp is annoying
The Bottom Line: This is another great design from Sony. I would recommend it because of the unique look, the water resistance, and the skip protection.

| jark22's Full Review: Sony Walkman D-SJ15 Personal CD Player |
This is an amazing player. I bought it and immediately tried the anti-skip. I turned on the power and immediately moved the unit violently up and down and tapped it on my knee for at least 3 minutes. The thing never even distorted. Keep in mind that it has to read the disk and copy it into memory when the power turns on and it did this despite the shaking.
Other opinions whine about the sound or the headphones but they are sufficient. The player also takes a cut in design by being water resistant and super light. (you can't have big bass cones made of paper and easily make them water resistant) So if you want better sound quality for not exercising buy new headphones just like you always do. I bought this at Walmart for just under one hundred dollars which is quite a deal for what you are receiving.
Functions I enjoyed were the ability to charge rechargable batteries with the included AC adapter, and also the great hold lever which was recessed and not easily bumped.
