Pros: Small, Loaded with features
Cons: Battery life, battery life, battery life, lousy sound, HORRIBLE PANASONIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Bottom Line: Panasonic just doesn't get it. A two month old, top-of-the-line phone should work. It doesn't, they don't care and they lost a loyal customer.

I bought this phone in November of 2000. By February 2001, I could barely get 20 minutes of talk time out of the phone. I called Panasonic customer support and they said I had to ship it to their service center. I asked them just to send me a battery as an act of good will to a loyal customer and they refused.
I informed the customer service rep that I was a loyal Panasonic customer for better than 20 years and that how he handled this situation would determine whether or not I would EVER buy another Panasonic product. He said there was nothing he could do.
Congratulations Panasonic - by refusing to send me a $20 battery replacement, you have lost a customer for LIFE. Further, my friends and family rely on me for help with buying computers and consumer electronics because they know I am such a dedicated techno and gadget fan.
I'm sure all of these people, and me, will be happy with our new Sony and Sharp products.
***UPDATE - JUNE 3, 2001***
Apparently, I was not the only one who complained about the battery. After reading another post on Epinions, I called Panasonic again and they did not even argue with me. The operator just said "Yes, we had some trouble with those batteries and we'll send out a replacement right away."
It came by UPS second-day delivery. I just wish Panasonic had trusted a loyal customer months ago when I complained. They did not win back my loyalty, but it's a start.
