Pros: Clear sound, sturdy.
Cons: POOR design: bad LCD placement and button.
The Bottom Line: Get the phone but cut that call wait button off. Just kidding. =)

Hi! Although I do like this phone there are a few things that I don't like about it. For one, Panasonic designed the phone with a call wait button on the back of the phone to the bottom right of the LCD screen. Why? Well, many times I'll be on the phone and I'll be doing things that would require two hands so I cradle the phone on my shoulder. Two minutes later I accidentally hang up the phone. I couldn't figure out why. I figured my cheek kept pressing the big flash button. It wasn't that flash button, it was the call wait button on the back of the phone. I would hit it with my shoulder while cradling it. You might think that this is far off but TRUST ME, it will happen to you. How many people have things to do while they are on the phone and cradle it??? Well, to fix this problem, I opened up the phone, took that entire plastic piece with the buttons and cut off that one button. Now, no more accidental hang ups. It was that annoying to have to go that far.
The second reason I don't like this phone is that the LCD is on the back of the phone. WHY? There is space on the keypad side of the phone. There is more than enough space on the keypad side for a good sized LCD. This is annoying because you have to turn the phone all the time to see if you're dialing the right number, turn the phone to see the called ID (which has a significant delay while switching b/w lines) while you're on the phone and keep turning back and forth to program the phone from it's menu to the keypad. Panasonic should've put it on the keypad side where the name "Panasonic" takes up all that space.
And they could've done better with the cosmetic design of the phone. Sony designs sheik looking phones.
