JerrySanDiego's Full Review: Sea and Sea MX-10 35mm Film Camera
I bought this camera 3 years ago because I just couldn't describe how beautiful it is underwater to non-divers. I have the MX-10 w/strobe, 20mm lens and macro lens. The pictures are unbelievable!!! They are almost as good as the $3000 Nikonos setups I've seen. The strobe makes all the difference. A lot of the lower end cameras only have little built-in flashes. These do not provide enough light to capture colors at depth - reds & oranges are the first to disappear when you go below 30ft. This is a very simple camera to own & use, you don't have to be a photography buff - just point & shoot. Its a little pricey for what you get - its basically a $50 fixed lens 35mm above-ground camera in a waterproof housing. But the design makes it worthwhile. You can even change lenses under water!!! So if you want great pictures without spending mega-bucks, then this is definitely worth the money.
