Pros: No code for your remote, no problem sony has the answer for you the RM-VL900

with this remote all as you need is the remote from the equipment you want to operate not limited to audio/visual equipment but any item that has a remote even better you can program buttons to operate any function on a remote. this remote is also very sleek and not oversized like some.also contains multi-function capabilities with the touch of 1 button you can turn on every piece of equipment in your home theater. also allows a 1 hour period for changing batteries without losing the memory. all this and lots more for around $60 not bad at all for a very reasonable price now for the best 2 features on this remote. 1)this remote does not require a manufacturer code so there are no worries to if your component has a code it will learn the infared single from the remote you wish to program now for number 2)your remote has buttons not on the sony no problem this remote has the capabilities of having buttons not in use being programmed to complete any function on your current remote this is great for all the different satelite remotes which came in handy for me it doesnt get any better than this i have been waiting for a remote like this for a long time that i wouldnt have to remortgage my house to buy well it has arrived.
