I bought these headphones after much research from other websites and also opinions from other users here. I had to buy them because I sat on my other pair of sony headphones.
FIT: From what ive read, other people find these headphones uncomfortable because there is no cushion on the band that goes over your head. I haven't noticed any problems yet after a few hours of listening, but that's also probably because I have a lot of hair. Other than that the fit is excellent. The cushion cups are made specifically to go around your entire ear to block out other sounds and make your sound that much better. The sides adjust just like any other headphone, fairly easily. The headphones themselves are also just the right size, ie: not too big and not so dinky you sacrafice sound.
DURABILITY: I have only had these headphones for a few days now and haven't put them through much abuse. Aside from that, just by looking at them they look like they could possibly be easy to break, but then again they are made to be a middle of the rd paid of INDOOR headphones, so do what you will
SOUND QUALITY: finally the important part right! The sound from these headphones is amazing. The bass is rich due to the enclosed design and the highs are very clear. Much more than you would expect from a pair of $18 headphones, but hey, they are from koss! The jack is also not a straight jack meaning that it won't be as easy to accidentally pull out of your device. The jack is also gold plated so you won't hear any static noise when the jack is accidentally moved (god forbid) in your backpack or pocket.
VALUE: I bought these from buy.com for $18 and with ground shipping the total was $25 and they came 2 days later. I was once again amazed how good these headphones sounded despite only spending $18! The saying "you get what you pay for" applies most of the time, but more fitting here would be "koss is what you paid for" so therefor, koss is what you get.
