I got this camera as a Christmas gift and have been very pleased with it so far. The first thing I noticed about this camera was its size. It is wonderfully small and light. This is a huge advantage because I am more likely to take it with me places. The more I have it, the more I'll use it.
Feature wise, this camera is pretty well off. It has an automatic flash with several modes including red eye reduction and night modes. These really made a big difference on my first roll of film from new year's eve. Being an Advanced Photo System camera it does the three shot sizes including the panoramic mode which I'm waiting for some good scenery to test it on.
The only thing that could really be improved on in this camera would be the zoom lens. It is nice to have, but it is such a small magnification that it is almost not worth all the moving parts to make it work. In my experience, if something is to go wrong with these cameras, it is almost always the zoom mechanism.
I would recommend this camera to someone who is looking for a simple and small camera. The picture quality is excellent and it has some nice features. If the zoom lens is a factor, I would go up a bit in size to get a real effective zoom.
