Pros: Great Lens for an APS Camera, wide array of features, tremendous photo quality
Cons: Occasionally have a problem with "red eyes"
The Bottom Line: Simply put the Best Point and Shoot camera I have ever owned...Would highly recommend this camera to anyone looking for an affordable high quality APS camera.

I purchased this camera on a recommendation from a camera shop. I had been looking at a couple of other models by other manufacturers (some which were higher priced) when the sales rep showed me an article about the Evoca 140S. This camera won two major awards in Europe in the APS category and had in his words the finest lens in a Point and Shoot camera. I can't to this point say he was wrong.
Lens/Zoom
The lens is a Schneider-Kreuznach german lens, which has an auto zoom of 38-140mm. I was told that if you go with a higher zoom than 140mm on a point and shoot, it takes away from the picture quality.
Ease of use
I have had no problems thus far using this camera. Film is very easy to load and remove. It automatically rewinds when film is finished, and has a recessed button on the bottom of the camera which will rewind the film at any time. Instruction manual is thorough and easy to follow.
Features
Too numerous to name them all, but here are the main ones:
38-140mm auto zoom
red eye reduction (doesnt seem to always help though, this has been the one minor problem)
timer delay
date stamp (appears on front lower corner of photo)
auto focus
auto flash (can be turned off)
Frame by Frame shooting
Panoramic shots(have to let developer know there are panoramic photos on your roll of film, or they will be regular size with black bars on top and bottom)
etc...
