Pros: great on mids and highs...dialed in crossover points preamp out..
Cons: not great to power a subwoofer..
The Bottom Line: I would reccommend buying because it has a great sound and it's a true value. It easily performs as well as others costing 2 and 3 times as much.

This amp is a superb value. I bought mine at the reccommendation of the Crutchfield staff. I had seen the brand in a couple of car audio shops and one of the shops just swore by them. They used US Acoustics as their premier line replacing Audiobahn. Nonetheless, I have the USX-4065 on a Crystal 643s Component set in the front, and on some Blauplunkt 6x9s for rear fill. The amp does the job very nicely. I crossover the front at around 100hz and the rear at around 150hz. The sound is "Crystal" clear...(notice the reference to the component set) and the amp sounds better than previous Sony and Rockford Fosgate setups I have used. I think the silk tweeter and the amp allows for a sound that is not so biting. The Preamp out is makes the amp ideal for system building and you can use the amp crossover to send a low pass signal to your sub amp. The amp also has a 3 year factory warranty. Truly a good value. I am so impressed that I'm thinking of ordering a US Acoustics Class D Mono Subwoofer Amp. The USX-4065 sounds so good on my mids and highs that bass from my old Punch 60 pushing one Planet Audio 10" gets lost.
