Poor Customer Service

I was given a Jensen cassette with removable face plate as a gift from my wife. The sound was fair. I listen to various kinds of music but I would have liked it to handle bass better.
I rarely removed the face plate but it didn't matter, it started coming lose anyway. This caused the system to not work. I had to put a piece of cardboard between the faceplate and the stereo to "trick" it into working. This eventually was fruitless.
Then the cassette stopped working. I put a cassette in one day and it started going from side to side to side but no music. I couldn't get it to read a portable cd player either. Then the radio shorted out.
I couldn't get anyone from Jensen to return calls, or e-mails! I was over it. I will never buy anything from that company again!
I am going to have to buy a new radio just to sell the car. I guess if I had received ANY contact from the company, I could have a little sympathy.
