I purchased this CD player for my 94 camaro. Mainly because it fits just about all GM radio outlets perfectly. I didn't need any of those stupid looking plastic molding kits they sell. All I needed was about a 2 dollar wiring harness from walmart to match my car and shortly after I was done. I had never done any type of radio installment before, but if you can match up colors then you can install this baby!
It has plenty of power over my old stock radio, plus many extra's. Such as the ability to store 20 or more CD's in the memory. You can name your CD's and have it displayed on the radio's face. It is of course detachable face, a must in today's settings. I didn't care for the seek setup that it has. You have to hold down a button for a second then release to seek. I wish that you could just tap it. It would make surfing a whole lot quicker. It has 24 presets 18 FM and 6 AM. The volume goes up to 30. And the bass and treble adjustments go from -6 to 6. They could have spread it out a little bit more than that, but the setup works fine. The readout can be seen easily during the day looks great at night.
A good radio. I haven't had any problems and would get another.
