Upon first purchasing the sharp minidisc player, I wanted to return it. Well, I did, actually; the recharger didn't work. After receiving a new one, I brought it home and sucessfully tested it out. This one lasted me about 8 months. I had to get exchange it because my discs kept getting stuck inside the player.

The next one I received had the same problem only three months later. Beforehand, I was experiencing many problems on the functionality of the product...basically the ten second anti shock ability was not working. It was skipping as often as a regular compact disc. After about a month of skipping, the discs started getting stuck inside of the casing. I brought it back again and exchanged it for a different brand. I wont go back to Sharp, even though its the easiest one to record onto so far.
