Pros: Great service, online access

Cons: High interest rates, watch my credit report like a hawk

I have had the Citibank card for five years now, and I'll have it for many years into the future. They have stood by the card since my shaky first credit days as a student, and have grown with me into a career where I can handle a larger credit line. Their customer service is the best of any I have ever dealt with, and I've never been on hold for more than a minute at any time of the day or night when I need service. They are continually providing increases in my credit line, their statements always arrive nice and early, and their online access is way-cool. Overall, they are a good card, and a good ally for building your credit. Especially if you're a college student wanting to get a start on your credit, I'd highly recommend Citibank. They'll stand by you.
