Yeah those headaches have turned me away from them, and I WON'T be turning back anytime soon...lol

TurboTax online in 2004 but I got snagged early in the process, I don't remember what the problem was and I just backed out of it and went to TaxACT where I have been very happy now for 2 years. Well, "happy" is a gross exaggeration, happy that I'm done with it or happy that I got a refund but happy to do my taxes? NO!
