Re: Good review (Reply to this comment)

"usually I would ask for more detail on what kind of system ('old'?) system you're running this game" - actually I haven't run it on my current system (2.4GHz P4 with GeForce4) but I played this far too often on my old 433MHz Celeron (v2 - not quite as useless as the first lot...) with the Voodoo 2 "must be from the old times when hardware was still measured by weight (12 milligrams). ;-) " (not too heavy... ahem... I was wondering who'd be the first person to spot that!...). So now you know!
(I'll update when I found out if it behaves itself under XP - haven't dared install it before as the wife hates football but I might manage to sneak a few minutes sometime...)
Thanks for the comments and good luck with your cooking.

Carl: I can't compare the two as I haven't played the other, but I must try it sometime. I agree that FIFA2000 does feel a little "arcady", but not enough (to me) to stop it from being enjoyable.
Thanks for the comments mate, glad to see you're growing up and not flaming all the time... (I promise to be kind to your next reviews too - it's only fair!)

Good review (Reply to this comment)

... and usually I would ask for more detail on what kind of system ('old'?) system you're running this game. But it's a seasoned game and there may not be many computers around anymore that were designed more than 4 - 5 years ago, hence I expect the game to run well with most systems alive today.
By the way, good to know that the game runs on your "olde Voodoo 2 card (12mg)", which must be from the old times when hardware was still measured by weight (12 milligrams). ;-)

Fifa!!!! (Reply to this comment)

No flames this time, I know I'm scared to, but Fifa, seriously? I never liked Fifa 2000 in 2000, toooooooo arcady. Once again it's all about the realism, far prefer if I do buy a football game to get the challenging and realistic ISSSpro, as opposed to Fifa where I was winning 5-0 from the first time I played my first version of it. (Just don't tell Garry that I said that)
