Great game with a fantastic single player campaign that really wraps you up. Intricate weapons and armor layout for cars that is balanced, complex yet simple enough to avoid frustration or confusion. Car control is not that of a driving sim, but rather a great balance that is arcade enough to make it something you can master, yet realisitic enough to enjoy the aspects of the feeling of driving.
Multiplay over a LAN is great fun, internet servers probably no longer exist, but were plagued with cheating in thier time. A user developed utility allowed for making cars into $ classes, making balanced melee dogfights. Great fun.
Loved the musclecars, humor, loved the characters. Great movies (especially opening one). I have finished it all the way through at least 4 times.
