Pros: Excellent construction, large cooking area, even heating.
Cons: plan to spend some time on assembly, expensive.
The Bottom Line: If you have an income tax refund coming, use it on this.

| opie0626's Full Review: Weber-Stephen Products Genesis Gold C Premium (LP)... |
As one who's gone from your basic bargin basement gas grill (no name), to a name brand (sunbeam), then another name brand (thermos), and never quite finding the grill that worked just right, I went for broke on a Weber.
It's like having a new caddy on the rear deck. (I actually go out and wax it to ensure the finish stays just right). Most importantly, having a BBQ using the Weber is a pleasure. Cooking temps are always easily controlled and maintained, the side burner is great for that pot of chili, beans, kraut or whatever.
Cleanup is a breeze due to the enamel coated grates, and the grease pan below the unit is easily removed for rapid cleaning (I usually line it with a layer of aluminum foil to make this even faster).
This is a three burner grill, and unlike most other grills the burners are arranged front to back, rather than left to right. At first I thought this configuration would make it more difficult to vary the heat at different locations on the grill. I was completely mistaken. Heat is easily controlled on any of the surface area, allowing you to grill a well steak at the same time a rare one.
