The Bottom Line: I would recommend it because they offer competitive price, very friendly customer service, perfect online tracking system, and Saturday drop-off/pick-up. Our 2 cars arrived way ahead of schedule.

We were moving from Miami, FL to Bellevue, WA and had 2 cars to transport (Toyota Tercel and VW Golf). The first thought after reading the reviews on epinion.com was to drive the cars ourselves :-) But after considering the prices and the reviews of people whose cars were not damaged, we decided to use DAS.
We had to ship our cars separately, 4 weeks apart. Tercel spent about 2 days at the drop-off location (we dropped it off on Saturday), and arrived in 1.5 weeks (they estimated 20 days). The car was clean and in the same condition as dropped off. It was such a relief! So, we dropped off the Golf in 4 weeks, it was shipped right away and arrived in 5 days!!! (Again, they estimated 20 days). Even the customer representative was shocked by the speed! The same story, the car was clean (I think they wash it) and in the exact same condition as dropped off.
Also I would like to mention their online tracking system. According to the previous reviews, people had trouble with it. It seems that DAS took care of it, because it works perfectly. It updates the location of your car all the time. At the end I was checking almost every hour on the day when the Golf was going to arrive, and the system showed the car's progress toward destination point.
We didn't use their pick-up service because we didn't have time or ability to wait for them to do a pick-up, so we just dropped the cars off at their terminal and picked them up at the terminal at destination. They work on Saturdays, too, which was very convenient to us. We purchased their valuation coverage for both cars, and the top load option for the Golf ($100), so it cost $1,084 for Tercel and $1,184 for Golf.
The customer service is very good; they call you back if you leave a message. People working at the terminals are very good, too.
Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend their service to anyone.
