Cold and Leaky in Boston

Pros: Reasonably priced for that convenient a location.
Cons: Lack of air conditioning control. Lots of street noise.

and I LOVE your user pic. I have a kitty also but I'm in London for the summer so I am sure she is very traumatized and lonely.

Thanks! My cat, Cappuccino, passed away three years ago, but I still miss her. (I have another one, now) With that long hair, she really didn't like those Boston summers!
