Are you daring me to see this movie? (Reply to this comment)

Especially by putting my name in your post about it? I can't say I saw this film since it went straight to video. I'm surprised to hear that the Pat character was even on the show as many times as she/he was, since I thought it wasn't that funny after the 3rd or 4th time. Certainly not after the 15th or 20th time!
I have been rather curious about the film, if for no other reason than the fact that Quentin Tarantino did some re-writes for it not long after acting in a couple of movies. I've always wondered if there are any lines of dialogue that sound like him or not.

I was torn by what I should rate your review. I felt it was lacking some info. I understand that a movie this abominable is hard to talk about, but some info about the acting and the content of the movie would have helped. An H, anyway.
Don't let this get you down, I've read some of your other reviews and they are worth a VH.

Dantesguide.
Thanks for your comments. Don't worry. I got him equally good (or bad in this case). I stuck him with Bio-Dome or the Garbage Pail Kids movie!

Pat on Sat. Night Live was enough! (Reply to this comment)

This movie should have been grounded. If this was Lorne Michael's many bombs, it is no surprise. ...mzrizz When will Sat. Night Live cast be put to sleep for good?

Unbelievable (Reply to this comment)

Something else that was really scary about It's Pat---Quentin Tarantino actually did some rewrites on the script.

Ouch! Looks like MrReevolution spanked you hard. I hope it wasn't too painful. I was never a big fan of that sketch, so I've never watched this one. Now I know I made the right decision. Thanks for participating, and Great Review:)

I'm beginning to think I got off easy in this write off :-). Oof, what a stinker of a movie. But you are stronger for having survived the experience :-).

Watching three skits of PAT on Saturday Night Live was enough to make me rip my hair out. I am so sorry you had to watch an entire film of that he-she. Actually, I sat next to a he-she on a plane once who looked exactly like PAT so I guess you have to give the film credit for so realistically portraying the he-shes of the world.
Ieeeeew!
Nice review!

I beg to differ.... (Reply to this comment)

This film was ground breaking, full of drama and kept me on the edge of my seat. In fact, I saw it five times at the theater and own a copy on VHS. Pat is a character of many levels - and I am just a little upset that you felt the need to degrade this film and (gasp) call it the worst film ever. I urge you to give this masterpiece another chance.

The above comment is purely fictional. I have seen the film once - making it 'one too many times'. I want my hour and a half back... now
