Ok I'm going to make this review short.

The Matrix is a cool movie but nothing worth getting obsessed over! I just don't see it. I appreciate the fancy camera work and slow motion action fights, but the movie didn't do anything for me. I thought it was incredibly boring and wanting it to end about an hour into the movie.

You all know what it's about so I won't get into that!

THE PROS

The Matrix has everything action fans could possibly want. Extremely cool action scenes, non-stop fun, some great special effects and you don't have to leave your brain at the door like most action flicks. The Matrix is an extremely intelligent and mind blowing science fiction film. That's it for the pros.

THE CONS

Mediocre acting, annoying characters, and way too much style for it's own good! The one problem I had with this movie is that it's the most overated film in history! In my opinion! Yes it's a cool movie, but The Replacement Killer's has the same style coolness yet it's seen as a bad movie by most critics, I liked Replacement Killer's a hell of alot more than The Matrix. Maybe it's a matter of taste? Yes. The Matrix just didn't click for me. I see it as a cool action/science fiction movie, but certainly not one of the best movies of all time. Not by a long shot!
